THE TEST IS NEW, AND THERE IS NOTHING TO PRACTISE ON.
UAT-UK publishes a content specification for the Engineering and Science Admissions Test and a small number of specimen questions, and does not release past papers. That is the entire official supply. For Oxford applicants it is worse again: the Physics Aptitude Test has gone, so the archive that generations revised from no longer describes the exam being sat.
These papers were written for my own students, and used in real lessons, long before any of them was typeset. Offer holders at Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial sat them in draft, and independent admissions consultants read them. What came back most often was not that the questions were hard, but that the solutions explained why a particular wrong answer had been tempting — which is the thing the books were then built around.

Solved cold
Every answer key is solved again from scratch with the key withheld. A question whose answer cannot be reproduced does not go in.
Mapped to the specification
Every question is mapped to a published ESAT content specification heading, and the papers are indexed by heading at the back.
No single-step questions
Every question needs at least two moves. A recall question tells you nothing about how you will do under time pressure.
No two options of equal value
Each wrong option is built to catch one specific, named error, so no option is filler and elimination will not save you.
